How we make it work

I deliver highly focused dedicated transition services centred on clear definition of strategic objectives with senior management, regular updates and feedback loops to ensure on-track performance, and an intense focus on achieving sustainable results supported by staff at all levels within the organisation. These are always geared entirely to the specific needs and circumstances of the company and situation, and I don’t allow projects to become buried in administration and formality.

I have extremely strong critical thinking skills which are applied, using my extensive experience, with highly detail-driven implementation planning and control. My activities are based on full hands-on engagement with impacted staff throughout the organisation to guide, motivate and leverage existing skills and knowledge. I gain trust and respect by being prepared to roll my sleeves up and get stuck into issues and opportunities, exercising a very strong personal work ethic.

I regularly receive comments on my ability to deliver results way above initial expectations, and I am therefore extremely happy to offer a significant element of performance related pay in my contracts.
